I love creating win-win situations, where everyone comes out feeling great.

What do you love doing in your spare time?

I can't imagine anything better than exploring crumbly old foreign cities or beautiful outdoor spaces, with my camera in hand and a chocolate chip cookie in my backpack.

Where would you like to go that you haven't been?

Antarctica — which is ironic given I'm always craving sunshine and warmth, but I have an intense fascination with glaciers. Maybe I was a penguin in another life. Oh wait, that would be Tony...
