Snapshot

What neighborhood would you be in your favorite city?

I would be Central Park in New York City. I like to think of myself as a serene oasis in the midst of a bustling, swirling world.

What do you do on vacation?

On vacation I like to eat and meet. I think the best way to get the feel of a new place is to immerse yourself in the cuisine and the culture. The more out of your element you feel at the time, the more that experience will stick with you in the future.

Where would you like to go that you haven't been?

I would like to visit Mali. My best friend from my Peace Corps days lives there now and I would love to see him again after all this time and meet his family. I would also like to explore the Dogon country and attend the Festival in the Desert.
